Amendment of the minimum wage for 2022 and minimum hourly gross rates for occasional and temporary work

On 12.01.2022, a change in the minimum wage for 2022 was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, which amounts EUR 1,074.43 gross for full-time work from 01.01.2022 onwards. In the case of a part-time working time, the employee shall be entitled to at least a proportionate part of the minimum wage.

 

The minimum wage is also linked to an order of the minimum gross hourly rate for the hour of temporary and occasional work (work of pupils, students) which from 15 January 2022 onwards amounts EUR 6.17 gross (for work carried out up to and including 14.01.2022 EUR 5.89 gross).
