Tomaž Mahnič graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana in 2005 and in 2010 he completed ACCA training and became certified auditor in the same year. Tomaž joined BIG 4 audit company as assistant in 2004, being promoted to Director in 2015. In 2018 Tomaž joined Grant Thornton Slovenia as a partner leading Audit and Accounting services. In 2020 he was promoted to managing partner.

Tomaž is very experienced in auditing services, financial advisory services and accounting advisory services. In his past work he led the audits of mainly large international manufacturing and service companies, with financial statements prepared on IFRS and local GAAP. As Key Audit Partner he is experienced in leading Group Audits as well as Subsidiary Audits incl. the reporting to the Parent Company Auditors. 

His customers are active in automotive industry, metal industry, steel industry, logistics, wholesale, retail, IT, tourism, construction materials industry, energy, family business and many others.
